They also over booked that day even thoni had made the appt a week prior and was told the flex fuel reset i needed done couldn't be done as they were over booked. Service writer had only booked for oil change and inspection. ”

“ I would not trust anything Michael or Brody tells you. We live in NM and they contacted my husband to discuss his interest in a 2020 Toyota Tundra. Both of these men told my husband it was a very clean truck and that he was lucky to get such a good deal on such a great truck. They provided pictures to my husband that did not show the shape of the truck at all. After being convinced by those two that the truck was in great shape Kalii drove it 6 hours to us to complete a cash purchase. The truck had scratches all over it, there was mud all in the motor, the front grill was almost falling off, and the headlights didn’t match. Kalii was so professional and I felt horrible sending her back with the truck but, $42,000 cash is a lot of money for something in that condition. Due, to the dishonest nature of Michael and Brody I would never recommend dealing with them. If you have to use this dealership I recommend Kalii all day long. She is honest and professional. ”
