“ I really use to love this place because of accessibility and a sense of family. Not so much anymore, as the service department has started to stumble. I waited to bring my 24 4runner in for the Toyotacare service like last year, but advisor said he would check it out. Didn't hear any more until a charge for the service was presented for almost twice what I've paid in the past. No prior estimate was given. Some crazy app update showed pictures of my wheels may needing attention, no other comments. It's not like they were busy with people coming in either. This is my first big disappointment with this dealer, shame as they were why I bought all Toyotas in the past. Update- replaced the engine air filter today as recommended, and found the exixting one still looks like new! No surprise with only 8600 miles on it and no severe use. I've seen 3rd rate shops try to do a 50 filter replacement but never expected it here. Sad. ”

“ Do not trust sales manager Brett Arigoni. I purchased a 2026 Corolla on March 24 2026 and during final inspection I found a deep scratch on the rear passenger door glass. Brett Arigoni agreed to pay me $ 500 for the damage and told me to return in a few days to pick up the check. I went back 3 times in the next 2 weeks and he gave me the same speech that he promised to pay, shaking hands every time and said that he would mail me the check, no need for me to come back to the dealership. It’s been 6 weeks since and no check. ”

“ I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with a car rental service, which earned a rating of 0/10. Upon renting a vehicle for a day, I was required to provide a $250 deposit. However, upon returning the car, I was informed that the deposit would be retained due to the alleged presence of smoke odor. I disputed this claim, explaining that my husband didn’t not smoke in the vehicle he smoked half had properly extinguished it and put it back in the pack for later. and that airing out the vehicle and using air fresheners would have sufficed the smell. The rental company's representative insisted that a deep cleaning process was necessary, which I contested as an excessive measure. I requested a detailed breakdown of the costs incurred for the cleaning process, as I suspected that the company was attempting to unjustly retain my deposit. Given the unsatisfactory resolution, I have decided not to patronize this rental company again and instead opt for alternative services like Enterprise. The experience has led me to question the company's business practices. If I Could give it 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve 1 star!!!! ”
“ Purchased a 2025 Tacoma right off the lot with 20 miles on it last year. Fast forward to now, I had an issue with the 4wd switch, it had a malfunction and would go into 4wd without depressing the button, took it in for a service and told them to please fix it. Dropped it off at 8am, never heard from them all day, I finally called at 5pm and they said it was done. Went and picked it up and the 4wd switch was never even looked at and was told I had to schedule another appointment. I then scheduled a new appointment, dropped it off then never heard a word for 24hrs+. Yet Again I call and ask for an update they said they had ordered the part and should see it by next week. Next week comes around and I have to call again to get a status, they tell me the part just arrived. Then they proceed to tell me that I will have to pay $800 out of pocket for this part. This is a 2025 Tacoma that is still under warranty and I have to pay for the part all of the sudden. Needless to say I picked up my truck took it to my good friend that owns a Toyota dealership in another town and it was then fixed under warranty no questions asked. Communication is horrible here, practically non-existent, then they want to charge for a part on a truck I bought new last year for $50k+... ”
“ Told my parents to go here and look at cars and what I considered the best car on the market. I asked them to wait to purchase the vehicle and just shop around for now. My elderly parents were convinced run their credit, put tens of thousands from their savings down to buy the car way over market value and were sold the most expensive car warranty. I believe they were taken advantage of because of their age and inexperience because they have never bought a new car before. I have bought cars from this place before and I will make sure my friends, family and anybody else that discusses hatch Toyota with me doesn’t go there. They’re wrong to do what they did to elderly people. When I explained to my mom and dad what had happened when they saw the bottom line when they got home, my mom cried. They were never shown the bottom line at all. They brought home paperwork that was handwritten and totally confused them. It was obvious with the paperwork they were misled. ”

Jordan was the salesman and was very nice. they didn't have the new car i wanted to look at so he call a guy over and asked if the cars would show up the next day.. this guy looked at me and said" lets get you in a new car for you and your 3 girlfriends:........ it was me my wife and 2 daughters and one of my daughters is 15 yrs old. what kind of SICK DISCUSTING man says that about and to someone you don't know? we left and bought a new car at another dealership. they have a very Sick guy there maybe they should teach them how to be respectful and proper when dealing with people ”

“ Horrible service dept. Ive tried to have my vehicle serviced here multiple times and they fail to even book the appt for what i ask for. Was told i needed a waterpump before the service manager even open the hood. That was completely unrelated to what i asked for. They also over booked that day even thoni had made the appt a week prior and was told the flex fuel reset i needed done couldn't be done as they were over booked. Service writer had only booked for oil change and inspection. ”
