I did a lot of research into buying our new car. Eric and Antonio Give me the best deal that I could find in the region, let alone the state. The pricing on the new car and the trade value given to me was absolutely phenomenal. Not only this, but they were incredibly friendly. Eric even came in On his off day on a weekend to show us a couple of vehicles that we were looking at initially. Even after this, Seth gave us a whole bunch of goodies too. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the easiest and best buying process I’ve ever had. A few years ago with a completely different sales team and my first finance ever (I was 19) and took a spot delivery and had to re-sign later. I was weary at first based on that experience but these two completely changed my mind and overall experience. This was easily the best deal in the state on our new 4runner. And I don’t say that lightly they absolutely blew out the competition in the valley. I would absolutely recommend doing business with these two and moving forward, I won’t buy a vehicle anywhere else-from anyone else. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

My salesperson Hector and Sales Manager Antonio don’t just sell cars. They are apart of our small community and care about your overall experience. From start to finish they never make you feel as if you’re a burden. They appreciate the customer and provide service I have not experienced even at Mercedes a brand I often buy. Hatch has connections too. They can make things happen valley dealerships don’t seem to be able to do. They aren’t pushy but kind. They aren’t in a hurry but want you satisfied. They listen and don’t assume. They say something and they do it. Parts dept was able to get in rare items unavailable at other dealerships making my purchase truly unique. This is our fourth purchase from Hector and he treats people like family. My new 8.1 tundra is a rare find. I had a rare need and hatch pulled it off again. They have made me a true believer in Toyotas products.

The work we have had done has always been good, but there are never enough people working for a simple oil change. They were 90 minutes late starting my scheduled oil change. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I think the 2 hour wait for service is intentional to get you to check out new vehicles while you wait. This is excessive service times for an oil change.

went in on 2-4-26 to buy a new car. Jordan was the salesman and was very nice. they didn't have the new car i wanted to look at so he call a guy over and asked if the cars would show up the next day.. this guy looked at me and said" lets get you in a new car for you and your 3 girlfriends:........ it was me my wife and 2 daughters and one of my daughters is 15 yrs old. what kind of SICK DISCUSTING man says that about and to someone you don't know? we left and bought a new car at another dealership. they have a very Sick guy there maybe they should teach them how to be respectful and proper when dealing with people

Horrible service dept. Ive tried to have my vehicle serviced here multiple times and they fail to even book the appt for what i ask for. Was told i needed a waterpump before the service manager even open the hood. That was completely unrelated to what i asked for. They also over booked that day even thoni had made the appt a week prior and was told the flex fuel reset i needed done couldn't be done as they were over booked. Service writer had only booked for oil change and inspection.

I bought a Hyundai tucson that Michelle swore would do good in tbe snow and it didnt ended up being wrecked called their towing company thst they use fir their warranties wouldn't tow it because I lived on a dirt road bought a pick up from them had to do a trade in and still give 600 down needed a van so I went in 2 weeks ago no sales person told me I was approved I told them which van I wanted told them if I get an approval to let me knkw so I could get the van they sold the van then told me after the fact that I was approved Hatch the owner of Hatch Toyota should be ashamed and should make it right wirh his customers.

Hatch used to be my first and only place to go for vehicles. But after today’s bull mess I might just start going to the valley Toyota dealership and maybe get some decent customer service.

I would not trust anything Michael or Brody tells you. We live in NM and they contacted my husband to discuss his interest in a 2020 Toyota Tundra. Both of these men told my husband it was a very clean truck and that he was lucky to get such a good deal on such a great truck. They provided pictures to my husband that did not show the shape of the truck at all. After being convinced by those two that the truck was in great shape Kalii drove it 6 hours to us to complete a cash purchase. The truck had scratches all over it, there was mud all in the motor, the front grill was almost falling off, and the headlights didn’t match. Kalii was so professional and I felt horrible sending her back with the truck but, $42,000 cash is a lot of money for something in that condition. Due, to the dishonest nature of Michael and Brody I would never recommend dealing with them. If you have to use this dealership I recommend Kalii all day long. She is honest and professional.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when they won’t let you know they haven’t even ordered the parts? You had over a week to order them or at least reschedule our appointment. Wasted time, money, and gas driving out of our way to you guys for nothing today. Thanks a lot!
